Announcement The "Baba Novac Residence" real estate project is entering the second phase. Over 90% of the first phase apartments were sold.

Tesatoriile Reunite SA, part of the SIF Moldova Group, will begin this month the second phase of the residential project “Baba Novac Residence”. This stage will include a total of 121 apartments and it will be completed in the first part of 2019.

We are currently working on the first phase of the project which comprises of 121 apartments located in a tower block and a linear block. Over 90% of the apartments have already been sold. The delivery deadline for the first phase is scheduled for the end of the next year.

The residential complex is located on Eufrosina Popescu Street, the Baba Novac area, close to the Dristor Metro Station and consists of 6 blocks with a height of Ground floor + 8 floors, three tower blocks and three linear blocks with 363 apartments in total and 436 underground and overground parking spots. The apartments are spacious, the average usable area being about 60 square meters, well-divided, with generous balconies and top-quality finishes. It is distinct from other projects due to the high percentage of the green spaces which account for 37% of the total area, 20% being green areas on natural land.

“Baba Novac Residence” is an investment of about 28 million euros. The general contractor of the project is Octagon Constructing & Engineering, the project manager is Vitalis Consulting and the exclusive sales agent of the project is Coldwell Banker Romania.
