BT Leasing Transilvania IFN bonds will start trading on BVB


Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) informs that on Monday, December 23rd, the corporate bonds issued by BT Leasing Transilvania IFN (BTL24E and BTL25E), with a total amount of EUR 40mn, will start trading on BVB’s regulated market. BT Leasing Transilvania IFN is the second company of Banca Transilvania Financial Group that raises capital from the investors on the capital market, after the mother company Banca Transilvania (TLV), which since its listing (1997)  attracted over RON 5bn.

On the market will be traded  2 bond issues with a value of EUR 21.5mn (BTL24E) and EUR 18.5mn (BTL25E) and  the following characteristics:

Maturity: 5yrs (on December 12, 2024)   
Interest: Euribor6M+1.75% p.a., payable on a half yearly basis   
Number of bonds: 215 bonds with a face value of EUR 100,000

Maturity: 6yrs (on December 12, 2025)   
Interest: Euribor6M+2% p.a., payable on a half yearly basis  
Number of bonds: 185 bonds with a face value of EUR 100,000

The bonds were sold through an offering carried out on BVB, in December 2019, by BT Capital Partners, the investment banking and capital markets division of Banca Transilvania (TLV) Financial Group.

Established in June 1995, with whole Romanian capital, BT Leasing Transilvania IFN was created as an alternative of lending, in order to carry out leasing operations, in a landscape in which there were very few such companies. Throughout its 20 years of activity, the company has financed over 10,000 clients and has concluded over 20,000 contracts.
