The addendum provides the possibility of ALUMIL ROM INDUSTRY SA to benefit of a discount of 3.5% /year on the invoiced price in case the deliveries of raw materials object of the contract are paid in advance, discount which will be granted on a quarterly basis through the credit notes issued by Alumil Aluminium Industry SA in order to facilitate the deliveries and maintaining competitive prices for such deliveries.
