The Board of Directors of Biofarm S.A. informs the shareholders on the following issues:
1. Announcement on the stage of realization of the project "The production hall for medicinal products for human use" project from Gura Badicului Road
The works necessary for the completion of the whole objective from Gura Badicului Road, no. 202-232, district 3, Bucharest, are in an advanced stage of execution from the physical progress point of view.
The technical documentation to be drawn up in accordance with the applicable legislation in order to convene the acceptance of the works by the competent authorities, is estimated to be submitted in the first quarter of 2019.
2. Litigations with Romvent Engineering S.A.
The Board of Directors informs the shareholders on the existence of the disputes below with the company Romvent Engineering S.A. – former general work contractor for the project ”Production Hall of Medicines for Human Use” from Gura Badicului Road:
