BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") informs the shareholders about receiving from the Trade Registry of the Certificate that attests the changes regarding the increase of the share capital with cash contribution. Thus registred, the subscribed share capital of the Company is RON 5,175,523.80.
The Company follows the registration process of the new number of shares at FSA and the Central Depository.
