Signing of a significant contract by Elian
BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) informs the investors about a significant agreement signing of by Elian Solutions SRL with a real estate developer client.
The total of the agrreement is EUR 379,236 without VAT and includes the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, the ERP system for planning, managing and monitoring operational, financial and business flows.
The agreement consists of 3 contracts that have as object:
• services of analysis, implementation and development of the ERP system according to the client's needs
• product licensing for a period of 3 years
• support services for a period of 3 years
Elian Solutions is owned in proportion 51% by Bittnet Systems SA.
