In accordance with art. 234 letter i of the FSA Regulation no. 5/2018, we inform you about the contract concluded by BRK Financial Group S.A., whose value exceeds 10% of the net turnover related to the last annual financial statement.

On January 15^th, 2021, SSIF BRK Financial Group S.A. has signed an addendum to the loan agreement with S.C. Firebyte Games S.A. no. 2428 / 28.07.2020.

Details of the addendum to the loan agreement signed by BRK Financial Group S.A., as lender, and S.C.Firebyte Games S.A., as borrower, are set out in Annex 1.

On January 15^th, 2021, SSIF BRK Financial Group S.A. subscribes to the share capital increase of S.C. Firebyte Games S.A., by contribution in nature, with the amount of 819,792.3 lei, consisting of receivables resulting from loan agreements no. 2428 / 28.07.2020 and 660 / 02.03.2020, respectively the interest due and calculated until January 15^th, 2021.
