· the request for personal resignation of the administrator STRUGARU Rares registered under no. 52 234 / 05.23.2018

· the status of the profession of lawyer adopted by the Decision no. 64/2011 of the UNBR Council, as subsequently amended and supplemented, art. 29 (1)e and art. 29 (3)

The Board of Administrators of the trading company Farmaceutica REMEDIA S.A., meeting in extraordinary legal meeting, with the unanimity of the votes of the 3 administrators present, decides the following:

1. Notes the termination of the mandate as a result of the personal resignation of the administrator UDATU-HANGANU Dan-Eugen

2. Notes the termination of the mandate as a result of the personal resignation of the administrator STRUGARU Rares

3. Appoint two temporary administrators, with full management and representation powers, until the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, with the term of office until 30.04.2019:

· Member of the Board of Administrators: POLL CORNELIU, Romanian citizen, born on 11.02.1983 in Romania, Focsani municipality, Vrancea county;

· Member of the Board of Administrators: CABINET INDIVIDUAL DE AVOCAT ''DUBAU ALIN-MIHAI'', C.I.F. 21539696, represented by Mr. DUBAU ALIN-MIHAI, Romanian citizen, born on 23.08.1983 in Romania, Pitesti municipality, Arges county.
