               The Supervisory Board of SOCEP SA, having regard to the decision of AGOA SOCEP SA dated April 26th 2018, which approved the "election of the Supervisory Board composed of 3 (three) members, namely Samara Stere, Niculae Dusu and Ion Dusu, starting with June 11-th 2018 until June 11-th 2022" and taking into account the provisions of art.16 of the Constitutive Act of SOCEP SA according to which "The Component of the Supervisory Board is the following: president, vicepresident and members. The President and Vice-Presidents are elected by the Supervisory Board ", approved the election of Mr. Niculae Dusu as President of the Supervisory Board and the election of Stere Samara and Ion Dusu as Vicepresidents of the Supervisory Board.
