ASCENDIA INC, trading symbol ASC, informs the Bucharest Stock Exchange, the company’s shareholders and the potential investors, the following aspects related to the company:

  • Ascendia S.A. obtained the identification code of the legal entity - the LEI code - as part of the process of alignment with the requirements imposed on financial market participants by the most recent European-level package of measures (MAD / MAR and MIFID II / MIFIR), applicable also to the issuers of financial instruments. The LEI code of ASCENDIA S.A. is: 315700DLIITW8APMVF93.


The Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) code is a unique code assigned to companies participating in financial markets, also used to identify legal entities that issue financial instruments. This code consists of 20 characters and is assigned to ISO 17442: 2012.


The LEI code allows for the harmonization of information and the global identification of companies present in capital markets, contributing to increasing confidence among market participants.
