Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) informs that on Thursday, January 27th, the shares of Holdingrock1 (“Roca Industry”) will start trading on the AeRO market, the equity segment of the Multilateral Trading System, under the ticker ROC1. Holdingrock1 brings together the companies BICO Industries and SARCOM, building materials manufacturers belonging to ROCA Investments platform.
The company sold 4,500,000 new shares in a private placement carried out in December 2021, at a price of RON 10 per share allowing the company to attract RON 45mn from the capital market investors. The private placement and the listing were carried out with the support of BT Capital Partners.
With the listing occasion, Roca Industry team will ring the Bucharest Stock Exchange bell on January 27, 2022. The event will be broadcast LIVE, from 10 AM, on BVB's social media channels Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
