BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) informs investors about the allocation of BNETR09 rights, according to the shares subscribed by the persons with management responsibilities, in the capital increase operation:

· Anghel Lucian Claudiu, vice-president of the Board, 150,000 BNETR09 allocation rights

· Berteanu Daniel, vice president of the Education division, 822,000 BNETR09

· Herghelegiu Cristian Paul, vice president of the Technology division, 178,232 BNETR09

· Analytics on Demand SRL – company owned and managed by Cristian Herghelegiu, 137,022 BNETR09

· Negut Sergiu Madalin, member of the Strategic Development Committee, 143,546 BNETR09

· Pitis Andrei, member of the Strategic Development Committee, 219,105 BNETR09

· Stefan Dan George, member of the Strategic Development Committee, 169,562 BNETR09
