ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING AVAILABILITY OF THE INDIVIDUAL INTERIM FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE 1^stQ 2018

In accordance with the Article 113, Letter C, Paragraph 2 from CNVM Regulation No. 1 / 2006 on issuers and real estate operations, the COMPA S.A. Sibiu Board of Directors informs interested shareholders that the Individual interim Financial Report for the 1^st Q 2018 is available for analysis on the company's website, www.compa.ro, in the Investor Relations – Legal Reports – Quarterly Reports – 2018 section, and at the company's location in Sibiu, no. 8, Henri Coanda street, postal code 550234, Sibiu county, starting with May 14^th 2018, 09:00 o'clock.

The Individual Interim Financial Report for the 1^st Q 2018 will be sent to both the Bucharest Stock Exchange and the Financial Supervisory Authority.
