Announcement concerning the availability of the financial results as of June 30^th, 2018

Rompetrol Rafinare S.A. hereby informs its shareholders and investors that the Quarterly Report as of June 30^th, 2018 – prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Law no. 24/2017 and of the Financial Supervisory Authority’s Regulations no. 5/2018 on the issuers of financial instruments and market operations, as well as the Report for the 1^st Semester of 2018 concerning the consolidated financial accounts as of June 30^th, 2018, both prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”), may be accessed starting with August 14^th, 2018, 6.30 p.m. (Romanian time), at the website address www.rompetrol-rafinare.ro, under the Investors Relations section, Financial Results and reporting/Half Yearly Interim Reports subsection.

The reports for the 1^st semester of 2018 concerning the individual financial accounts and the consolidated financial accounts as of June 30^th, 2018 prepared in accordance with IFRS shall be rendered available to the stakeholders starting with the same date and time, in hardcopy, upon the stakeholder’s request, at the Company’s headquarters from Navodari, 215 Navodari Blvd., Administrative Facility, room 104, Constanta County.

The aforementioned reports shall be transmitted to the Bucharest Stock Exchange and Financial Supervisory Authority according to the legislation in force.

We hereby mention that the financial information contained by the Reports for the 1^st semester of 2018 and the financial accounts (both consolidated and individual) have not been audited by the Company’s external financial auditor.
