Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) informs that on Thursday, January 26, will start trading VITKR01 pre-emptive rights issued for the share capital increase carried out by Vitimas S.A. Tecuci VITK). The company issued 710.848 pre-emptive rights that will be traded on BVB’s Multilateral Trading System during January 26 – February 1. The company announces the increase of the share capital by issuing 710.848 new shares, to a subscription price of RON  3 per share.

The share capital increase will be made in two stages.  Each entitled shareholder received a number of preference rights equal to the number of shares held on Registration Date, 10.11.2022. The subscription ratio is 1:1, therefore a person can purchase a number of shares equal to the number of preferred rights held.
