Update about capital increase – 19^th February 2021

BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as "the Issuer") informs the investors about the status of the subscriptions within the capital increase with new cash contributions. Thus, until the end of February 19, 2021, were subscribed 13.062.131 new shares for a value of RON 7.706.657,29 (71.85% of the total Offer)

BNETR08 rights holders can also subscribe for the new shares until 25.02.2021 at 13:00 (stage 1).

If there will be unsubscribed shares after February 25, they will be offered for sale in a private placement (Stage 2) with a maximum duration of 5 days, depending on demand. Stage 2 will take place only if there are unsubscribed shares from Stage 1 and the intermediary will be SSIF Tradeville.
